Hey Zach, I recently read your post about preferring tang firmer chisels over bevel edge chisels. All I have is cheap hardware store chisels and I would like to get some nicer bench chisel. I live close to Highland and so I've been able to see the LN bevel edge chisels up close and i really like them. I guess I'm wondering what the advantage a firmer chisel has over a bevel edge chisel. The firmer chisels are hard to find, I know that narex has a set of 4 on Amazon, I could also buy vintage if I could find the right sizes. I have money to spend and it seems the LNs would be good all around chisels. Am I missing something by not having firmer chisels? Thanks! Eli
