What 8" jointer would you get and why?

    Thread Starter: Alden Peterson

I think I'm finally going to pull the trigger on an 8" jointer. I don't have one right now and I'm tired of having to planer sled/table saw sled for jointing and not getting perfect cuts on those anyways. Prices are all over the place between brands. I'm wanting helical and probably...

    Thread Starter: Jim Becker

I mentioned in my shop build thread that a new DC system was needed once I move in. Despite that being a few months away, I took advantage of a sale on the G700 and it arrived on Thursday. What do you use 2" long 23 ga pins for?

    Thread Starter: Rich Engelhardt

My PC 23 ga pin nailer uses up to 1" long pins. I use it quite a bit. So far, I haven't run across anything I'd use it on where I'd prefer it had the ability to shoot a 2" pin. What am I missing?

    Odd plumbing leak

I always sand both mating surfaces with ~80-120grit. Then apply the primer once or twice before welding with the cement. The larger the pipe/fitting
