Waterlox vs. Tung Mix?

What is actually in Waterlox? Does it contain driers? I like using pure tung mixed with varying degrees of spirits and poly, which is what Waterlox sounds like.

The Waterlox original finish consists of polymerized Tung Oil, a phenolic resin based varnish, mineral spirits, and a drier. I find it works well though it is about $16 per quart.
