hi guys,
is there any artist's amongst you ( other than piss artist's that is )
i need to produce some lace cut card samples for a customer and i dont really want to go to the expense of commisioning a design company to produce some on the off chance the order doesnt come off. so if anyone has any eps or cdr files of lace cut work they could let me have i would be very grateful.
:)

I have used the font Symetric Things 2 from www.fontsnthings.com. Attached are a few examples I converted from the font - I have posted them before but here they are again. Hope they help.

We produce our business card from rowmark Flexibrass type stuff , cut it in a shape that shows what can be done and laser engrave it...shows EXACTLY what we capable of and is a wow card.
We do stuff for other ppl , card wise , and just cut appropriate stuff out , its way more impressive than lace. For example a florist would have a cut out flower , a film maker with sprocket slots across the top and bottom of the card ... that type thing
So why not use a Laser "logo" , like a beam and a complex starburst , will instantly show what you do and what you capable of...

Trotec made a neat business card that had an intricate design that would work well to show some intricate vector cuts. I don't have time to hunt it down (got to head out the door!) but I bet a search on this forum will uncover it. I hope that helps!

Any of the fancy snowflake ornaments found here would be a wow factor. Last year - my first Christmas with a laser - I got several customers by simply handing out some of the intricate snowflakes cut out of paper. This year it was my keepsake boxes with fretwork.
