Should I Notify Post Office?

I sent a box of pens on 11/5/2008.
There is no indication that they have been received.

Should I ask the post office to attempt to trace the package?

I am almost positive that I posted that we had received your pens in the last post you made. If not, I apologize. We did receive your pens. I just haven't posted them to the totals yet because I think I mixed them in with all the other pens we received. If you can tell me how many you sent I will credit them toward your account.

I think that the number of pens was 63 (give or take a few)
