Deep Hollowing - still

Can anyone recommend a book that has good deep hollowing coverage? I've seen a few youtube vids that are great but I'd like to have the info in book form. tia, Tom

Mike Mahoney has a excellent CD on HF's and Urns. He is quite detailed in how he explains the procedure.

I have not seen the whole thing, but I know Lyle Jamieson has a dvd called "Hollow Forms the Easy Way." It features his captured hollowing system of course, but I have heard a few times that it's a good reference for hollowing.
