Can anyone lead me to someone that can turn a logo into vector form that is fairly reasonable in price and pretty quick. I only have the logo in a jpeg.

George, I would probably just totally redraw it but here is a quick and crude start from a trace.

We use VikingArts.com They will vectorize raster images for $5-25 and will do it in a day. You can send them you image and they email you an estimate.

Another option is artworksource.com (I have not actually used them myself.)
