Take a look at eBay. I picked up some great deals there for my Delta 18-36.... There are many auctions so don't jump on the first one...watch a couple first.

I tried ebay once for my 16-32. Stuff is junk. I only buy branded now for it.
Obviously YMMV and hook and loop might be completely different.

I have found none very cheap, but the hook n loop is worth the price you pay to save time *fiddling* with clips and strapping tape!

I have some excellent heavy duty 80 & 100grit (about 200' of each) I wish I could bond felt to. Perhaps there is a market for rolls of felt (loops) that could be adhered to commercial sanding roll. Hmmmm if only I were an entrepreneur....

I just buy Klingspor. I would buy Sait or Norton.. Any big "abrasive company" name is fine. If you can get good stuff cheap, go for it.

NoName paper is usually not a good idea on a drum sander.

I've got a Ryobi WDS1600 sander and I've used several brands. For me the best is what is carried by Woodworker's Supply. The Klingspor stuff loads up very quickly as does Performax (made by Klingspor).

I buy my hook and loop rolls from Supergrit Abrasives. It's made by Mirka and holds up well.
