OK, I had an idea that doesn't really fit what I do but I think it matches several Creeker markets. Basically it is using your wood or acrylic scrap for holiday light winding racks. You know those racks that you wind up the lights on so they don't end up all tangled. The idea is when cutting other ornaments use the resultling scap to form a rack. The rack can be sold seperatly or used as part of the packaging with the cut out orniments. I have sketeched a rough example below. Hope it helps someone.

EXCELLENT IDEA!!!!
Now that's using your scrap. Only one "?", If you focus on your snow flakes then it will weaken the rack to maximise your yield. If you want the rack strong, then you have less yield. Although it could be a beneficial trade off if it is marketable, doesn't take a lot of extra laser time to cut it out, or it can be given to customers that order say 25 or 50 ornaments as an added value item and encourage larger orders. Just thinking out-loud.
