Here are some pics of my 14yr old boy. He wanted to turn a bowl out of the wood we made Grandpas memory bench out of. This is only his 2nd bowl. It was a lot of fun to be able to make some memories with him. It helped take of some of the pain of missing grandpa. I also am posting pictures of the memory bowls i did for my Brother, sister and wife. I already gave my Mom her bowl.

The bowls are secondary to the memories you have created with your son. Nicely done.

Father, son time...priceless. The bowls look good too. Great job! You must be very proud of your son.
All the best.

If I am ever faced with a small shop situation again I am buying a lathe!

Nice work and a great way to bring the family closer!

Nice looking bunch of bowls and the memories of working with your son are priceless. I know the time working with my grand daughters is. My 13 years old asked one question. "Where's his eye protection"?

Now thats quality shop time there! Memories that will last a lifetime being made. My son avoids "the cave" as much as possible. He hates all the noise. I say noise? Oh you mean the purring of those machines!!??

Hey Steve,
Thought maybe you and Sherry moved out of the country.
Great to see a post from you.
Nice bowl.
Tell everyone I said hi and Merry Christmas.

Turned some of that wood I got from you, I love it.
I owe you man.

Getting the urge to come down to your neck of the woods.

Take care
