ARMY nametag specs

We have a request for a army nametag. We have done them in the past but don't have a set way. Any ideas on font and size of font? I'm looking at a tag and it looks like Arial Narrow 36pt. I am unsure though.

from the manual:

c. Nameplate.
(1) Description.

(a) The nameplate is a black, laminated plastic plate, 1 inch by 3 inches, 1/16 inch thick, with a white border not to
exceed 1/32 inch in width. Lettering is block type, indented white lettering, 3⁄8 inch in height, and centered on the plate.
Only last names are used on the nameplates. Gloss or non-gloss finish is authorized on the nameplate.
