I noticed on Epliogs you can adjust the laser match from -20 to +20.
Does anyone know what this does?
Thanks

Ross you should go to the epilog website and download the pdf manual for your model
Laser Match Stop + Job Range: -20 to +20
Establishes the left to right vertical
alignment of alternating raster lines.
Stamp Match Stop + Focus Range: -20 to +20
Establishes the left to right vertical
alignment of alternating
it's the area I would call - don't fix it if it ain't broke

I agree Frank, don't fix what isn't broken.
I was just curious as to what that was.

you can adjust the laser match Ross,
Frank's advice is very sound.
Nevertheless to satisfy your intellectual curiosity, we're matching the left raster motion to the right raster motion. Every laser tube has an attitude; we make adjustments to this so that the laser beam is fired in such a way that the beginning of the mark in one direction starts precisely where it ended going the other direction.
