IPod Help... Again

I know there are quite a bit of post on this subject....but I'm about to do my first IPod (Dark Chrome Back Finish)....and I feel like a dumb blonde...I so confused... not really..just joking.
I have an Epilog 35W machine... I believe I need to use my Cermark( I have LMM 6000) What would be a my recommend settings??? and should I take the cover off to laser?? I do not have the IPod with me right now, the customer is bring it over so I do not know even yet if I can take the back cover off or not.
The customer scanned the IPod and sent me this pic.

There is no cover to take off that I am aware of. It's the actual back of the ipod.

In case you ever make a mistake or just want to practice before you get the real thing....here is a great site to find reasonably priced components.

I had to get a replacement screen for my blackberry and they are very helpful and quick at getting replacements and tools to dig in.
