I haven't posted anything for a while, busy at work and in the shop. This is a bowl I recently turned for a Doc LOML works with. He gave me a few small boards of various woods that he brought over from South Africa when he immegrated a few years ago. He is moving to Ontario next month so I thought I would give him some of his wood back:D. About 9.5" x 4.5" tall. I think it's Copalwood but not sure.:eek: There were a few worm holes in the wood but it sure was fun to turn.

I love it! Fantastic job and your joints look nice and tight. Did you disc sand your segs prior to gluing a la Malcolm Tibbetts??
