I've a Delta benchtop Drill press, but I can actually get a mid-1980's craftsman 15" floor model (213850). It's in rough shape. It's made in Taiwan. It would need to be completely torn down and naval jellied. THere is no visually obvious run out.

So, advice please... If you've had one of these, would you put in the work to get another, or would you let it go as a lost cause?

Thanks

I think I'd pass until an older Made in the US Craftsman, Delta or Buffalo floor model came around, but that's just me. I still use my trusty HF floor model from time to time so I've currently got 3 floor models (the other two are older Deltas). Seems like you can't have too many - it's nice to leave setups on the DP and not have to change things out all the time.
