I had been eyeing them for quite some time but couldn't get myself to pay that much for them...at this price they are a good value. The normally $60+ Kelton Calipers (http://shop.woodcraft.com/Woodcraft/product_family.asp?family_id=4709&mscssid=B09794E8CC724B4F9CB026AEFAD3D2EF&Gift=false&GiftID=) on closeout from WoodCraft for $34.99.
Recieved my set yesterday...they are big but very nice....and this is the smaller size :)
They measure both the wall thickness (like a normal caliper) and base thickness (like a depth gauge).
