I want to remind everyone in the Greenville, Texas area that the Hunt County Fair Turn-a-Thon started today at 4 p.m. and runs through next Sat., June 12. There will be 2 lathes set up outside the Creative Arts Building from 4-10 p.m. every day except weekends, when we will start at noon. Members of the Hunt County Woodturners will be manning the lathes. They invite anyone and everyone who would like to turn a pen, learn to turn a pen, or just watch a pen being turned to come on out to the fair!
By the way, we've already had newspaper coverage in 2 local papers, and Channel 4 News from Dallas may come out. We printed some of the letters from Iraq (without names) and put them on a board with one of the posters, and it was a very popular display at the Curly Woods TAT, so it's there again at this one.
