Jewelry box inlay top

I'm searching for a jewelry box top inlay design which is shown on the Universal laser website. Similar to a celtic rope knot that is about 1/2 inch from the outside dimensions of the box cover. If anyone has a file or a website that I could obtain more info, I'd appreciate the help.

I opened it and I am still getting a blank screen like when it's too high a version of corel?

Frank the celtic rope is actually off of the page on the original. Change the zoom factor to view.
