Anyone have the Shop Fox W1717 Sander?

I am thinking of getting a small horizontal/vertical sander. I would use it primarily to sand the front and backs of guitar headstocks and help shape the back of guitar necks.

I'm in Taiwan. Most of the machines available in the states are not available here, although some of them may be made in Taiwan. The company which makes the Shop Fox W1717 is in Taiwan, and I could probably purchase the machine from them.

My question is whether anyone here has this sander and, if so, what do you think of it.

I know the Rigid belt/spindle sander is very popular. I can't find that model here. I would guess it's made in China. Can anyone confirm this?
