This one is about 14" X 5" and finished with Claphams beeswax bowl finish.
I still have to finalize the bottom/foot by turning it just a little lower and cleaning the inside edge some.
Comments and replies are all appreciated :D

Leo, That is a very nice bowl! You just have a way with wood! Cherry wood has so many different colors, grain, lines and flecks in it that it is a joy to turn! It smells good too!

Great job,

Jeff

Leo, That's spectacular. I especially like the rim and foot. The grain is spectacular.

Leo,

Great looking cherry bowl. I really like the underneath rim detail, and the finish is really nice.

Great bowl Leo! Beautiful chunk of cherry! Another winner! Just the right amount of detail work combined with classic form!

Always a pleasure to see your turnings!

Leo,
I really like the way you echoed the double beaded rim at the foot. And as usual a beautiful piece of wood.

That is a STUNNING bowl, Leo! Shines like glass, great rim, and is that a slight undercut inside the lip??? The foot is too tall for my taste, I agree with your "trim down" approach.

Thank You Curt for your kind words, and yes I was very pleased with the woods color and grain, something mother nature controls, but it is nice when you get it :D
