Here's a set of oak bookcases I finished up about a month ago. Because of rainy Saturday's I had to keep them in my shop. Finally delivered and installed them this past weekend. It's nice to have them out of the shop. They are solid oak with oak plywood panels in the back.
I finished them with USL tinted with a little TransTint Honey Amber dye for color.
Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the compliments. They are almost twins, left side is 43" and the right side is 48". I would have liked to added a little more "style" to them, but they wanted plain and simple.

They look great!
Simple is sometimes the best.

Looks like shelves are adjustable on pins. You must have a jig to drill the holes?

Yes, the shelves are adjustable. My jig is homemade. A piece of 1/2" Baltic Birch Ply, 4" wide x 36" long with 7/16" dia holes down the center, spaced on 2" centers. I use my plunge router with a 7/16" collar and a 1/4" spiral bit. I think I copied it from Norm in one of the early seasons.
