You guys are looking at that item from the wrong perspective.

It's a very handy item to help you cope with your injuries due to your spouse's surprise at receiving a Felder CF741 combination machine for Christmas.

Apparently, sometimes "surprise me" can be a little ambiguous when selecting Christmas presents.
