I have the 4" x 24" Variable-Speed Belt Sander Model 1276DVS.
I love it, had it about 2 years and use it all the time. I can also run a Scotchbrite Belts on it to clean up machine tops. Bosch sells a sanding frame for it that I'll buy one of these days.

Nice powerful tool.

Good dust collection.

A bit on the heavy side.

Would buy again.

I rented one to sand 350SF of 4" deck boards a while back. Very nice tool. I beat the crap out of it and it just kept going. I have used a few belt sanders (PC, milwakee, makita), I think the bosch is the one I would buy if I were going to own one in that weight class.
