anyone do molding templates?

i was wondering does anyone here do molding templates for the blades on there laser?

James,

Cut small slice of molding place on scanner and scan. Convert to tiff file then import into Corel then trace then cut template for grinder on the laser (usually 1/4" material)or then export or saveas dxf. From there take into cnc software where you can do a two rail sweep of whatever pattern you have and the cnc can cut this without having to use a molder(takes awhile but for a circle, ellipse, or s shape probably still best). We have done a lot of this.
