I make a ton of pens and I have gotten used to the constant belt changing on my delta midi...especially since the belt is nice and broken in and I can change it pretty easily. However, my on/off switch is on its last leg because of having to switch it every time I change the belt, and I am probably spending too much of my life changing the belt.
I've seen replacement variable speed motors through Penn State Industries for $109.00 and it would be well worth the money to me if it actually works well. Has anyone here done this conversion, and is it worth the money and effort to convert?????
