I just got my 0555X today, spent a few hours setting it up. Well everything seams to be working pretty good there are a few things that are bothering me about it.
first the plastic blade insert.. with everything all lined up the blade is rubbing on the right side of the plastic piece.. I actually cut the kerf of the blade out of the plastic.. that was how it was with the bearings backed off so I know that it isnt the bearing pushing the blade out.. so I dont know how to fix that or what is causing that. the trunnion bracket is pulled all the way to the right but It still isnt working right.. any thoughts?
second I was "resawing" a board with it and about half way through it stared to make a pretty high pitched "Squeek" so I backed the piece out the noise stopped.. I started to cut the piece form the other side of the board it cut fine. any thoughts on that?
when i saw resaw.. I mean cutting a board that is about 1 1/2" thick
