What's up with`Amazon?

I ordered a new PC 7518 router from Amazon on Sunday May 22 along with a couple of books. I got a great deal with it at $278 less $25 PC Promotion and free shipping. Plus, I get a $50 gift certficate as part of the Fathers day promotion. Not bad !! Here's where it gets fuzzy.

The item says it in stock. with free shipping the ship day is May 26. However, if I go with 2nd day shipping the ship date is 5/24 ($40) and it makes it for the weekend. I chose the free shipping and the delivery date is 6/1 Today I check and it is now pushed out to June 7. The books I ordered as part of the order arrived today. Go Figure!!

It looks like I have a new Woodpeck Router System all dressed up with no router to go.:D

Rich,

I guess Woodpeckers didn't have any PC 7518 motors in stock? When I ordered my (then) router table deluxe, I got a good price on just the motor portion of the router.

That is a heckuva nice router table you picked up from them...pricey, but well-made and will last forever. Nice choice!

Hi Rich,
It's not on there web listing but the new Grizzly catalog I got yesterday had the PC 7815 listed for $289.00. The part number is G6188.
Good Luck,
