Pen Boxes

I am planning on making some Pen & Pencil sets for gifts this Christmas. I would like to use up some of my otherwise scrap material to make boxes for these sets. Does anyone know where I might find the plans for these items. If need be, I will buy a couple and just duplicate them, but I would rather make them from scratch and maybe make a few different styles.

Finally a subject I feel comfortable to talk about. I have a lot of box making books. Creating Beautiful boxes with inlay techniques by Doug Stowe is good. The Art of Making Elegant Wood Boxes by Tony Lydgate has pen boxes in it. If you want inspiration look at this site.
