Has anyone built this yet? If so, I have a question on steps 4 and 5 where you "...saw off the waste end of the lamination to establish a starting point for cutting the angled strips for the herringbone tray bottom." How much should you cut off? Is that first cut critical to the rest of the cuts? Thanks.
