Score glazed ceramic tile?

I know people have scored glass with good and bad results, but has anyone ever scored glazed ceramic tile and had it break on the line?

Yup, All the time for both wall and floor tiles.. A glazed tile cutter, is like a glass cutter. If you do it right, and you hear that nice 'crunching?' noise as you run the cutter wheel across it, and use the 'V' breaker thing with pressure from the handle you will get a clean straight line break every time.. But, like cutting glass, it 'can' take a bit of practice.. I marvel at these guys that do stained glass work, and seem to be able to cut these tiny pieces, complete with curves, and they make it look soooo easy.. It ain't.. :D
