Is there such a thing as doublesided acrylic where the inside is white and there is a black layer on top and bottom?
I have only seen where it is on one side.
I have very little experience with acrylics (obviously).
thanks,
David

Yes, they are certainly out there. Double sided (or 3-ply) were used (and still are) a lot in rotary engraving. If you have a Johnson plastics catalog, look for anything that says 3-ply. They typically haven't been made laser friendly, but someone might be doing that now.
By them not be a laser specific product, you can still laser them, but they have a thick top cap sheet. So instead of a .001" or .002" thick cap sheet like laser friendly materials have, you can often find .010"-.012" thick cap sheets on those types of materials.
Gravograph also makes some, but I'm not sure if it's listed as a laser friendly product or not.
You can do them all, it just takes multiple passes on the engraving to get through that thick cap sheet.
