Here is what I have been working on this weekend. The weather turned very cold today with flurries so I spent time in the shop.

The pepper mills are my first. The one on the right is maple and the laminated one is hickory, padauk, and walnut. They are 10 inches tall. The pepper mills will definitely be given away this holiday season. I'm sure I need to make 6-8 more.

The cherry bowl is from a tree we lost this past summer. It is about 6 inches by 2 inches high. I tried to make the best of the holes in the wood. I still need to turn off the foot.
