I'm interested in an article from Fine Woodworking July/August 2005 issue of Fine Woodworking (#178). There is a taper jig article I would like to get but I don't have access to the magazine. If you have a copy, please pm me. Thanks

FWIW, I built this taper jig and I can tell you it works pretty much flawlessly and well worth the very minimal build time.

I know the OP asked for the fine woodworking version but check out this video. This is a really nice taper jig. Works as advertised.

If you join their website, search for "tapering jig 178". Vidoe and pdf of the article are the first two hits...

I also built that taper jig. It works great. And best of all I feel safe when making the tapers. So many other jigs out there that I tried make me uncomfortable. You are going to love it.

I put together a version of this jig, very versatile.
