for the foot and some buffing, already returned the foots recess once to hold it for sanding, as the wood had moved too much to be able to sand it, it i'll be fun as the rim and body have shifted some more while drying :D.
It is Manitoba Maple 17" X 4½" and pretty thin, looks better in real life with all the color and figured wood.

Looks great, Leo. I love the figure in this piece. Also I like the bead in the rim. Structural and decorative!

Great looking bowl Leo! Love the wood, the variations in the grain, inclusions and the warp! Definitely a one of a kind! Nice work!

I like it Leo how thin is the rim appears about 1/4 in the pics I want to do some green thin stuff and let it warp

Thank you guys for your replies, I appreciate it, Tony I had to measure it, as I wasn't sure, turns out to be a hair less than ³⁄₁₆ " thick :D
