Stairs Help

I have been requested to make some stairs for one of my kids dance numbers at their studio. Basically it will have 3 risers, 2' x 4' top floor and a railing. Plus I want it to be easy enough to move on and off the stage area. So I have come up with the following options;

Option 1: Regular 2 x 4 construction with a plywood front to hide the structure. Regular 1 x pine or something to make the treads and risers.

Option 2:
Just a 3/4 ply carcase with some inside bracing of some sort.
