B. Not much to me. It doesn't look like it has a typical spindle with Morse taper.

Tail stock looks Delta to me. The paint is similar to my AMF/Dewalt MBC Radial Arm Saw. The banjo and rest look homegrown...

Most likely an early pacific rim export or residential manufacturing attempt.

Looks like a HF Central Machinery to me. If it is, then it would have limited usefullness.

Looks like a combo of things put together. I would pass at any price no matter how cheap. There are better lathes out there for a decent price.
