Hi people,
Nothing is safe around here. ;) I saw a post recently about marking some Oakley (I think) sunglasses. Hadta give that a try. Made the lettering a little too big and a little too low as I can see it in my upper peripheral. Ahhh, the learning curve of life with a laser.
The next thing was I wanted taller setup alignment strips so I made a couple out of 1-1/2" x 1/16" aluminum angle and 12" and 17" long. Only problem was the smoke extractor could not suck smoke from the first 2" in the lee of the angle. Well that's what I have a CNC machine for and here's the 17" one. :) Works like it is not there and now I can place taller items like laptop computers etc.
