WHen I bought my shop, it came with some old wood working equipment. Some of it I have used right away (Table saw) some has sat in the corner. I must admit to being intimidated by a sharp spinning blade on an old machine of unknown condition and a user of zero experirience with a jointer. My machne is pretty seized up in terms of adjusting the table, so I plan to start getting it freed up . How do these old jointers work by todays standards? Any tips for getting the most out of it? or DC strategies?
