Cigar Punch Kit

I would like to turn a cigar punch and was wondering if there are any good quality kits out there that one would recommend?

I'd prefer something in a pewter or satin nickel finish.

Can't vouch for the quality as I have never made one; although I have purchased from the last site with good results (good prices too)
