Just wanted to share an idea we came up with.

I had a problem with the new setup, needing featherboards at the router to hold material against the Incra fence.

I took a 2x4 and ripped each edge so as to be nice and square, fastened two old featherboards with screws. (flush with the back so the pressure would end up on the fence, not the screws).

Clamp this contraption to the TS fence and slide the fence up to where it is needed. Completely adjustable and the two fences are parallel.

Great idea John. I will borrow it if I may. It will work well with my setup with a router on each wing of my table saw. The fence clamps that fit into holes in the sub-fence, that I have seen in the Rockler caralogue might do a neater job than the Irwin clamp perhaps?
Cheers, Bruce
