Hey guys! So I've been making a few bottle stoppers recently and here they are. L to R: Bolivian Rosewood, East Indian Rosewood, Bolivian Rosewood, Olivewood, East Indian Rosewood. Thanks for looking.

Those look very nice! What kind of finish do you put on yours? They make great gifts and I am even selling a few now.

Nice classic shapes. I like them. They also look to be shaped so a person can get a good grip on them. Very well done.

Very nice batch. The rose wood looks BLACK, is it?

The finish is wipeon poly. The rosewood is actually a deep purple. Thanks for all the compliments.

Nice work on all the stoppers Matt! Simple detailing, functional form and nice finishes - should be big sellers!

Matt,

Those are challenging shapes. Getting that good match to the diameter of the top of the stopper hardware can be difficult if you are not careful. Good Work.

Before you hit craft show trail come up with a 'short' profile for the white wine drinkers so the bottle will fit in the refrigerator with stopper in place.

Very nice stoppers. I like these classic simple shapes much better than the "ornate" type.

So I showed some of the stoppers to people up at school, and I was able to sell two of them!! These are the first turnings that I've sold and it's pretty exciting. Thanks for the compliments everyone.

These look the most "modern" that I've seen. I really like the simple straight lines and gentle curves. I have got to try some of these.
