holder for memorial marker

I have been searching for a holder to hold a granite tile as a memorial marker off of the ground at about a 45 degree angle.
My current need is to hold a 6" X 12" piece of Granite, but I have not found any holders for this purpose.

Any Ideas out there?

I was hoping for the kind that capture the granite.
How does the glue hold up long term?
I am looking for something as maintanence free as possible.

Grandview aluminum can do custom stuff like that. Turn around time isn't the quickest though.

Conde just came out with a whole slew of metal and rod-iron holders to hold their color tiles.

I looked at them today, and it does look very nice, I might be able to use this for smaller tiles.
