Candle Holders - which mag?

There was a article in one of the various woodworking magazines that was basically a block of wood. Then a band saw curve cut into it with some thin strips of contrasting wood sandwiched into those curves and glued back together.

Anyone know which mag that was?

I believe that is Wood magazine. Sorry but I don't have the issue number or date.
