Delta Belt Replacement?

I have a used Delta 31-250 thickness sander (18/36) with a belt that smells hot. It's the pulley / drive belt, not the big sandpaper conveyor belt. The pulley has a series of grooves in it.

When I look online at the blow-ups and parts I can't tell what part to order. I'm getting my belts and belts confused.

I would just measure the width and length and get a link belt, but I don't know if this works on a grooved pulley. Anyone with knowledge or an owners' manual?

brian i have the same sander and replacement parts page show it as ref. #127, part no. 406-13-133-0004 and is called a poly v-belt. hope it helps you out
