1'' x 30" belt/disc sander

Anyone have one of the grizzly 1’’ x 30’’ belt/disc sanders or a sander of this type they are for mostly small piece work and I have a chance to pick one up fairly cheap and was wondering if it’s even worth my trouble, My main reason for it would be the 1’’ belt and I was just wondering if anyone has had any trouble with the tracking of the belt and how well they work on small stuff. I currently have a bigger delta unit with the 12’’ disc and belt combo unit , but a small 1’’ belt would let you get right in there on small stuff and not have your fingers near the bigger belt ( a lot safer for small stuff I know) but are they any good and do they work?
