My local source for Whiteside router bits just closed.

Where do you buy Whiteside bits for service, price and a good business you want to support?

Hartville tools is one source. About once a year — unfortunately in the Spring most years — that have a significant sale.

There are a lot of Whiteside bits currently for sale on eBay. Most of them new.

I always buy from Holbren. He is a member here and gives SMC members a discount.

Is there a code for the discount. I am glad to support a Creeker - doubly so if he wants to give a price break too!

I just found it from another thread - SMC10. My order has been placed.

Thanks

I have had a couple of dealings with Tom and Emily, and they are both very nice folks. I don't usually buy online, but when I do, I will try them.

I'm not an expert or prolific wood worker but my single experience with Holbren for a slot cutter was great: excellent web site, great price and quick/inexpensive shipping. I'll shop there again. pat

Second on Tom. He gave a bunch of us a free bit just for listing our most commonly used bits. I think he was trying to get a handle on what bits to keep in inventory.
