I have a recycles maple housing I'm building. It's al over but final assembly. I have a panel I want to mount but I'm unconvinced that I want it permanently mounted so I'm looking for some tiny screws - smaller than #4.

I haven't found anything smaller than #4

Any one know a supplier?

Try a local hobby shop. Airplane, car/truck, boat kits and parts. That's where I go for screws so small I wonder how they make 'em.

www.smallparts.com (http://www.smallparts.com) - I love that site; they have everything that you can't find elsewhere :).

Rockler has (or at least had) some small brass ones down to #2.

My local True Value hardware carries brass screws down to #2. Check your local yellow pages for an industrial fastener supply house. Most will have a walk up counter and take off the street trade, though you may need to buy a full box of small screws.

MicroFasteners (http://www.microfasteners.com/catalog/products/TNMDIE.cfm) is where I get mine.

I got #1 and #0 from Micro Fasteners and they are just around the corner from me - literally.
