Cherry oil lamp

This is a flying saucer looking oil lamp with a segmented walnut raised collar to hold the lamp. It's 8" dia by 3" tall. The oil lamp is a disposable Ultra Pure that you can buy at Walmart.

Nice work, Curt. I like it. I might have to try making some of these. How big is the insert? Is this the same size as a "tealight" candle?
