Does anyone know of a supplier for 1/16 in laser plastic that is brushed aluminum cap/white core?

I don't, Jeff, but I'd also discourage the customer. White on silver is hard to read because there's not much contrast.

Jeff,

You may consider using Silver/Clear reverse engravable plastic and color fill white.
If it has to be brushed aluminum, engrave deeper and color fill.

Joe is correct about contrast.

I agree about the difficulty in reading, but if you need it, Rowmark will make whatever you want. I think you need to buy a full sheet, 24" x 48", or maybe two sheets.
