Best pen?

My boss at my "day time" job is leaving and I would like to give him a nice pen for a gift. I recently engraved my first pens (maple barrel pens from JDS) and although they were nice, I would like to find one that is a few steps up the ladder ( wood barrel). Who has the nicest, best quality pens?

I make hand made pens. Some engrave out nicely. Go to the "turners forum". There are some guys who have websites showing their pens they make.

I agree. You'll find works of art on the turner's forum. The pens on laser suppliers web sites are promotional products and look like it.
